MIDWEST barriers and gates have been designed to facilitate ease and convenience of installation. All van and 4WD Barriers are constructed of heavy 5 and 9 guage (the thickness of the metal) wire; Car Barriers are constructed of heavy 7 and 9 gauge wire; all are turned 90 degrees at the base for extra rigidity (not flexible).
